Officers of the Greater Sudbury Police Service cyber crime unit received information regarding a male allegedly accessing child pornography in a public location in Sudbury. Officers attended the location and arrested the male.
Rodney Lapointe, 41, has been charged with the following offences:
1.Possession of child pornography
2.Make child pornography
3.Access child pornography
Lapointe attended video bail court on Oct. 6.
