The Greater Sudbury Police Service Cyber Crime Unit and the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Unit have conducted an investigation into a Sudbury area man possessing child pornography.
On Nov. 22 Greater Sudbury Police executed a criminal code search warrant at a Sudbury area residence. A computer and several data storage devices were seized.
Richard Brignolio, 65, has been charged for allegedly possessing child pornography and making it available.
Brignolio will attend bail court on Nov. 23.
