A 24-year-old Sudbury man was arrested for fraud Jan. 24.
It is alleged that on Dec. 12, 2006, which was also his last day at work, the man stole cheques from his former employer.
He was successful in cashing four of those cheques, for a total of $2,405, and has been charged with four counts of fraud, theft, four counts of possession of stolen property and breach of probation.
