A traffic complaint on Aug. 14, 2009, has resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for Gordon Hartling, 39.
The Greater Sudbury police responded to a traffic complaint in the area of Walford Road on Aug. 14, but the driver had already left the scene. Investigation linked the vehicle to Hartling, and evidence indicates Hartling was the driver, say police in a release.
