A Greater Sudbury resident really wanted to go to the mall on Dec. 15.
Despite being evicted by security staff around 4:15 p.m., the 28-year-old man returned to the Rainbow Centre on Elm Street. Security staff detained the man for trespassing and contacted the Greater Sudbury police.
Police found the man to be in possession of marijuana and percocet, as well as on probation for previous offences.
He will be in bail court Dec. 16 and answer to charges of possession of drugs and breach of probation.
