Marijuana and stolen property found in home

Posted by Sudbury Northern Life  Greater Sudbury Police seized 401 grams of marijuana worth approximately $4,000 Jan. 8 when a search warrant was executed in a Second Avenue residence. Various pieces of stolen property were also recovered.

Greater Sudbury Police seized 401 grams of marijuana worth approximately $4,000 Jan. 8 when a search warrant was executed in a Second Avenue residence.

Various pieces of stolen property were also recovered.

A 33-year-old man has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.

He is due to appear in bail court Jan. 9.
