On April 25 at 2 p.m., Espanola OPP officers received a complaint about an indecent act by a male in McKerrow.
Shortly following the complaint, officers on patrol on Highway 17 in McKerrow observed the suspect standing in his driveway, completely naked, facing traffic on Highway 17. Officers arrested the suspect.
Christopher John Fahner, 35, of McKerrow, is charged with two counts of indecent act and two counts of breach of probation. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
