Original - A minivan traveling east on Highway 17 collided with the side of a southbound one-ton Culligan water truck as it was attempting to cross the intersection of Fielding Rd. and Hwy 17.

Both drivers were rushed to St. Joseph's Health Centre with non-life threatening injuries.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene and the minivan was written off.

An OPP officer at the scene said that this intersection has been particularly problematic because vehicles crossing Hwy 17 have trouble gaging the six-lane crossing.
