Despite low visibility on Greater Sudbury's roads Monday morning due to thick fog, police have said there was only one minor collision as commuters made their way to work.

Greater Sudbury Police Staff Sgt. Valerie Tiplady said there was a minor collision on Howey Drive shortly after 7 a.m.

As of 10 a.m. Monday the fog had not yet lifted in parts of Sudbury, but despite poor visibility for much of the morning there were no serious incidents on the roads.
