A minivan struck a pedestrian on the Kingsway, near Cochrane Street, just before 5:20 p.m. on Dec. 23.
"The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries," stated a representative from the Greater Sudbury police service.
Information about the accident and possible charges is not available as the incident is still under investigation.
