Two Azilda men were arrested and charged Jan. 24 after security staff at Sudbury Downs phoned police and reported the pair were intoxicated when they left the slots in a red van.
According to police, the two men were denied entrance to Sudbury Downs when security staff perceived them as being intoxicated.
Police spotted the van at the intersection of Rayside Ave. and Notre Dame St. in Azilda.
One of the men was being towed behind the van on an ATV. The driver of the van led police on a short chase until the extension cord used to tow the ATV snapped.
The man riding the ATV fled on foot but was later arrested at his residence. The driver of the van pulled into a driveway on Notre Dame St. and was arrested.
A total of 25 charges have been laid against both men.
