The pair say they were having a conversation when a police cruiser pulled up. After being asked to leave the grotto, and refusing to do so saying the grotto was public property, the pair allege the police reacted violently.

Reszczyski and Pelletier were in provincial court this week on charges of trespassing, destruction of property, resisting arrest and obstructing justice.
