Police seek robbery suspect

Update - Please be advised that Gary Godin has turned himself into police. Godin was appear for a bail hearing Wednesday morning at 9:30.  

Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers Inc. Is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for any information leading to the arrest of Gary Godin. Godin is wanted by the Greater Sudbury Police Service following a robbery at the Cedar St. LCBO on Feb. 15. A struggle ensued as store security was placing him under arrest for shoplifting; he is alleged to have taken out a knife in order to resist the arrest and flee.

A warrant was requested for the charges of robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, possessing a dangerous weapon, and breach of probation.
