Police seeking man who pepper sprayed others

Greater Sudbury Police are asking the public's assistance in locating its fugitive of the week. Jason Talbot is being sought on an outstanding warrant for two counts of assault with a weapon, and unauthorized possession of a weapon.

The charges were laid in connection with an incident at a Beech Street house on Aug. 18, 2009. During the incident three men were sprayed directly with pepper spray, or suffered cross-contamination.

In a press release, Greater Sudbury Police say the incident was not random.

The 31-year-old Talbot is described as white, 5-10, and 120 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
