A North Bay priest has been arrested after allegations of sexual impropriety.
The priest has been charged with two counts each of sexual assault, indecent assault on a male, and gross indecency, involving two victims.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place between 1979 and 1983, when the priest served at St. Mathieu Church on Pioneer Rd., and L’Annonciation Church on Northway Ave. in Sudbury.
The man attended a bail hearing June 26, and has since been released on conditions.
