Public urination lands man several charges

A 45-year-old Sudbury man provided motorists with quite a view as he relieved himself on the platform area of the Farmer's Market Oct. 15 at 4 p.m.
A 45-year-old Sudbury man provided motorists with quite a view as he relieved himself on the platform area of the Farmer's Market Oct. 15 at 4 p.m.

He was spotted by Greater Sudbury Police and was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place as well as commission of indecent acts for exposing himself and urinating in public.

After being arrested, the intoxicated man became angry, and kicked out the passenger's side rear door and window.

An investigation into the man's identity revealed that he was also on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

He will be attending a bail hearing Oct. 16.
