Greater Sudbury Police has concluded their investigation into the
collision occurring on Saturday, July 15 on Municipal Road 55 at
Duhamel Road.
As a result, a 74-year-old from Iron Bridge, has been charged with
careless driving.
An 11-year-old passenger of the other vehicle involved in the
collision continues to improve while undergoing treatment at the
Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, say police.
