Greater Sudbury Police are urging drivers to pay closer attention to road conditions and allow time for their journeys.
As of late Tuesday night, police had responded to 20 collisions in just 24 hours.
Although some involved injuries, none were serious. The forecast for our community is calling for another significant snowfall today (two to four centimetres of snow today, and 10 centimetres tonight), which will only compound driving conditions.
Police are also reminding residents of the bylaw regarding overnight parking and snow removal, especially in light of the expected snowfall. After midnight, vehicles parked on the roadways are subject to being towed.
