Greater Sudbury Police caught a driver speeding 30 km/hr over the posted speed limit on Regional Road 90 in Val Caron on Aug. 12 at around 2:30 p.m.
The officers were conducting community patrols with a focus on aggressive driving at the time.
It was later discovered that the driver was also using stolen plates and using plates unauthorized for use on a motor vehicle.
The accused is due to make a court appearance regarding the charges in September.
