Despite an attempt to dispose of evidence, a 21-year-old Greater Sudbury man is drug-related facing charges after being arrested about 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 6.
The man was sitting in his car at the Jem Mart on Kathleen Street when Greater Sudbury police approached him as he tried to discard evidence.
He was found to be in possession of about $400 worth of prescription medication and $1,800 cash.
