The Greater Sudbury Police Service Joint Forces Drug Unit arrested a 28-year-old Sudbury man around 5 p.m. Friday on Elm Street, on information that the man was in possession of a controlled substance.
A search of the man revealed he was in possession of twenty-three 80mg oxycontin tablets, with an estimated street value of $1,500.
The man is being held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
