A Sudbury man was fined $5,000 after he was found guilty of not filing corporate and personal tax returns.
Vincenzo Vocaturo pleaded guilty to not filing personal returns for 2003 and 2004. As director of 1353015 Ontario Ltd., Vocaturo pleaded guilty to not filing corporate return for 2003, 2004 and 2005.
He was sentenced Jan. 24 and must pay the fine within six months.
Vocaturo has also been ordered to file all outstanding returns by March 28, 2007.
