The execution of a search warrant on a Dufferin Street residence has resulted in charges being laid against three Greater Sudbury men, and a seizure of prescription and illegal drugs.
Just before 9 p.m. on Feb. 20, officers with the Greater Sudbury Police searched the Dufferin Street residence. There, they found Oxycontin tablets, marijuana, and cannabis resin, with a street-value of about $1,000.
The three men who lived at the residence were arrested and charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
A 25-year-old was released and will appear in court April 7, but the other two men, both 48-years-old, are in custody and will appear in bail court Feb. 22.
