Three teens charged with robbery

Police were dispatched to a disturbance on Elm St. on Oct. 14. It is alleged that two of the accused approached two individuals on Elm St. at 12:30 am and asked for cigarettes.

  Police were dispatched to a disturbance on Elm St. on Oct. 14.  It is alleged that two of the accused approached two individuals on Elm St. at 12:30 am and asked for cigarettes.

It is alleged that one of the victims attempted to walk away but his jacket containing his wallet and cell phone was taken off his back and he was threatened. 

Officers attended and obtained statements and suspect descriptions from the victims and witnesses.  The area was checked but the suspects could not be located. 

Officers were dispatched to an unrelated call in the area of Montague St. about 3 hours later, and while speaking with the parties involved, police located the jacket and cell phone taken on Elm St. 

James Boucher, 18, Edward Boucher, 18, and Natasha Toulouse, 19, are charged with robbery with theft.
