The traffic lights are back up and running, according to Greater Sudbury Police.

The traffic lights are out at the intersection of Elm and Lloyd streets, Greater Sudbury Police said on Twitter at 10:13 a.m. Thursday.

Officers are on scene for traffic control at the busy downtown intersection.

"Reminder, when traffic lights are out, motorists are to treat intersection as a four-way stop," police said in a tweet.
