Two charged with possession

A 40-year-old female and 42-year-old male are being charged after the police found them in posession of crack cocaine and prescription medicine, with an estimated street value of $800 on Jan. 15, according to a police release.

A 40-year-old female and 42-year-old male are being charged after the police found them in posession of crack cocaine and prescription medicine, with an estimated street value of $800 on Jan. 15, according to a police release.

The two are being charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.

Both accused persons are residents of the Greater Sudbury area.

The arrests were made on Eyre Street.

The two were located at roughly 9:30 p.m., and the male attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended.
