Greater Sudbury police were called to the Rainbow Centre on Elm Street around 3 p.m. on Jan. 12, where they observed two men observe a drug transaction.
A 30-year-old Greater Sudbury man is charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The other man, a 26-year-old, is being charged for possession of a controlled substance.
