A 73-year-old man is in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle while crossing Martindale Rd. at Southview Dr. Nov. 9 at 6:45 am.
Martindale Rd. was closed for a short time but has since been reopened. Police are still investigating and aren't sure if charges will be laid.
In another incident, a woman was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Paris St. and Elm St. Nov. 8 around 3:30 pm.
According to police, she exited a vehicle on the road from the driver's side when she was hit by a passing car.
She was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Police are still investigating.
