The Greater Sudbury Police have already received a number of reports of collisions Monday morning.
There are no serious injuries to report.
Motorists are reminded that when the temperature is in the minus 20 and colder, the exhaust from the vehicles freezes to the asphalt and creates extremely slippery conditions. The pavement appears dry and drivers may feel they have full control until they apply the brakes or attempt a turn.
Slow down and create additional distance between yourself and the vehicle you are following.
