The M&M Variety, located at 357 Leslie St., was robbed Tuesday night around 11 p.m.
The lone female clerk reported that an Aboriginal man entered the store wearing a black handkerchief over is face and brandishing a hunting knife. She described the man as in his 20s, about 6-0 with a medium build, short hair and a small moustache, wearing a brown hoodie and jeans.
He left the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The matter is being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division.
