Hanging around the Lourdes Street Grotto led to a trip to jail for one man during the evening of April 29.
Greater Sudbury Police were conducting regular patrols, and went to the religious sanctuary, which overlooks the downtown.
Several vehicles and people were found congregating at the Grotto. After determining the identities of the people in the group, police realized one man had several outstanding arrest warrants against him.
He was arrested and held for a bail hearing April 30. The rest of the group was sent on their way.
