A man alleged to have been involved in an incident in May where an air pistol was used in an assault against two victims in Chelmsford turned himself into police Oct. 13.

Robert Kennedy was charged at the time with two counts of assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon and breach of probation, and was released on a promise to appear in court.

However, he never showed up in court, and had been wanted by Greater Sudbury Police on the charge of failing to appear in court.
