A pedestrian is in the hospital with non life-threatening injuries Feb. 19 after being hit by a car while crossing Landsdowne St. in Sudbury.
Police say the driver of the vehicle, a 60-year-old woman, fled the scene without offering assistance to the victim.
The driver did return to the scene after the victim was taken to hospital and was arrested.
The woman faces charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm, blowing over the legal limit and failure to remain at the scene of of an accident.
