A 60-year-old Greater Sudbury woman is charged with three counts of unlawfully selling liquor, following a lengthy police investigation.
On Jan. 19, with a search warrant, police searched a Sudbury deli, seizing 93 containers of red and white wine worth approximately $6,600.
The deli has also been charged with three counts of unlawfully selling liquor and unlawfully keeping liquor for sale.
Greater Sudbury Police reminds the public that law prohibits the sale and purchase of liquor without a licence.
