A 35-year-old Sudbury woman is facing five fraud charges as a result of ongoing investigations by a member of the Greater Sudbury Police community information office.
The community information office is a dedicated unit within the Greater Sudbury Police service that was designed to assist the public with non-urgent requests for police assistance.
The accused has been released from custody pending a court date in April.
