A woman was found dead on Leo St. in Val Caron Saturday.
The Greater Sudbury Police Service will be holding at news conference at 2 pm Monday and are expected to release details about the suspicious death of a 25-year-old Valley East woman, who was found early Saturday morning.
At approximately 4:30 am on Saturday, Nov. 10, police responded to a 9-1-1 call on Leo St. in Val Caron and found a woman deceased.
The woman’s identity has not been released at this time.
Police sought the public's assistance in finding
a 14-year-old boy who cannot be identified under the Young Offenders Act. Police say he fled the scene in a pick-up truck but was later apprehended west of Sudbury about 4 pm Saturday.
“At this point, we believe there is an association between the two," said Staff Sergeant Sheilah Weber of the Greater Sudbury Police Service.
