Rebecca Smith
School: Marymount Academy; Grade: 11
Smith is 17 years old and participates in the AA division.
She is a valued member of the following teams: flag football,
senior basketball, senior volleyball, hockey, senior soccer,
baseball, and track and field. Smith has also been a part of
the cross-country running team in Grade 9 and 10. 
Smith is an outstanding athlete with a wonderful
personality. She is both a motivator and a competitor, and
truly exemplifies good sportsmanship on every team she plays
for. In the past three years Smith has participated in SDSSAA,
NOSSA, and OFSAA championships. Smith's coaches describe her as
"an important team player who always leads by example." 
At the SDSSAA track and field competition, Smith posted Top 5 finishes in each event she raced in. She has also recently volunteered to coach one of Marymount Academy's elementary soccer teams and looks forward to assuming yet another leadership role.
