The club offers recreational, pre-competitive and competitive level programming for all ages. Synchro Sudbury's next competition will see its 27 competitive swimmers off to Ottawa for the Provincial Tier Meet May 31.

These talented athletes will demonstrate their talent and skill Sunday at the club's 4th Annual Spring Water Show this Sunday at 4 pm at the Laurentian University Pool. Admission is free but donation support would be greatly appreciated.

Beginning May 1, the club will be offering a nine-lesson, spring recreational synchro session.
