John Maslack, Paul Sauve and Larry Wagner are three of the five latest inductees into Sudbury's Sports Hall of Fame.
On Wednesday, the House of Kin official introduced the 2005 Sudbury Sports Hall of Fame inductees, and they represented a wide variety of sports backgrounds that celebrate the community's rich heritage in sports.

In the Corporate category, long-time businessman John Maslack will be honoured for supporting minor sports.

Maslack brought a book with him, highlighting his favourite sports memories from the 70s and 80s, which was a delight to people in attendance.

In the Builder category, Paul Suave will be enshrined for his efforts with local curling.

In the Media category, Aldo Roy will get his due for his work with CBC sports.

In the Player category, Larry Wagner will be saluted for his golfing and curling exploits.

Finally, in the Administration category, Gary Hall will be spotlighted for his dedication to minor hockey in Sudbury.

"This year's inductees represent a great cross-section of our community,"said Chris Sheridan, founder of the House of Kin. "These people contributed to further enhancing the opportunities for kids to enjoy sports."
