Les Diables under-18 men's volleyball team defended their provincial championship for the fourth year in a row last weekend. They beat the Northumberland Breakers in straight sets 26-24 and 25-21. The victory was sweet since the Breakers had beaten them earlier in the tournament.

"Our original goal had to be modified after getting off to a slow start at the event. But the end result was very satisfying to win gold for the fourth year in a row in tier two," said head coach Shane St.Louis.

St-Louis also said he was proud knowing all members of the team were able to contribute to the victory. "Even the rookies were able to step up when they were needed, and by them playing their best, it brought the best out of our veterans when we needed them the most."
