The Jr. Wolves outshot the visitors 16-2 in the first period and earned their 3-1 lead going into the second frame. Both teams scored twice in the second period to give the Jr. Wolves a 5-3 lead heading into the third period.

The Eskimos showed their offensive firepower in the third period and outshot the home team 16-5, but 17 year-old rookie goaltender Nick McMullen stood tall in net for the Jr. Wolves and recorded his fifth win of the season.
