The Sudbury Junior Wolves take on the Soo Thunderbirds tonight in Game 5 of their NOJHL semi-final playoff series. Game time in Sault Ste. Marie at the John Rhodes Arena is 8 pm.
With a win, Sudbury would advance to the NOJHL championship series as they hold a 3-1 lead against the Soo.
The Junior Wolves took control of the series this past Wednesday in Copper Cliff at the McClelland Arena when they nipped the Thunderbirds 2-1.
Jessie Howg and Brenden Biedermann (with the game winning goal) scored for Sudbury.
Junior Wolves goalie Joey Delwo made 27 saves to earn the victory.
Adam Pyymaki replied for Sault Ste. Marie.
If there's a Game 6, it will be played Monday, march 31 at the McClelland Arena. Game time would be 7:30 pm.
