The Gymzone KMAC hosted its biggest promotion ceremony to date recently. The event included demonstrations, belt promotions and a family BBQ.

The event also celebrated some of the KMAC's accomplishments this year, which included 13 students who competed at a national level and came back with medals.

Another accomplishment was the start of Turbo-Kick, a new fitness program for adults, instructed by Stacey Lockhart.

The ceremony also included the competitor of the year award, which went to Brennan Chaput, who competed in all of the northern martial arts tournaments and medaled every time.
