The Valley East Ladies Slo-Pitch League wrapped up recently. The Broozers were named the 2008 League Champs and the A Division Playoff Champs. They defeated the Cripper Critters 3-1 in a best out of five series Sept. 3.
The league runs from May to September, playing every Monday and Wednesday at Centennial Arena Fields. New teams are always welcome to join.
