The Little NHL Native Hockey Tournament began on Sunday and continues right through until Thursday. Ninety-three teams from out-of-town are competing in divisions ranging from tykes to midget in both boys' and girls' categories. All championship finals will be held at the Sudbury Arena on Thursday.

Six other arenas - Carmichael, Countryside, Garson, McClelland, Tom Davies and Dr. Edgar Leclair - will all be filled with young hockey players competing to be the best. It's expected the event will bring in close to 5,000 players and spectators during the week.
