The sixth annual Mayor's Mulligan Charity Golf Tournament was held Thursday at the Idylwylde Golf and Country Club.

Over the past five years, the event has raised more than $155,000 for the United Way/Centraide Sudbury and District and the Sudbury Community Foundation.

“Both the United Way/Centraide and the Sudbury Community Foundation direct much needed funds to social service programs and projects that benefit our entire community,” wrote Mayor John Rodriguez on the Mayor's Mulligan website. “This event is a great opportunity to have some fun while supporting those in our community who most need our assistance.”

Twenty-eight teams of four played 18 holes, followed by a banquet dinner with prizes for the top three winners.
