The Sudbury Wolves will be back in action on home ice Dec. 29 when they welcome host Division rivals the North Bay Battalion to Sudbury Arena. Game time is 7:05 p.m.

The Pack is coming off an extended road trip that saw them play in Flint, Saginaw, and London, taking three of a possible six points.

“Wolves’ captain David Goyette (SEA) kicked off the road-trip with a two-goal, two-assist  performance in Flint, which earned him First Star honours,” the team said in a news release. “Evan Konyen also had a notable weekend, registering a multi-goal game in Flint and a goal in both Saginaw and London. Defenceman Nick DeAngelis continued his point streak, extending it to 14 games with 21 points.”

During North Bay’s last visit to Sudbury, the Wolves prevailed 5-4 in overtime. Quentin Musty (SJS) scored the game winner.

“All four matchups this season between the two clubs have been decided by one goal,” the team said.

Tickets are on sale now at GreaterSudbury.ca/tickets or at the Sudbury Arena box office.
