Ron Foxcroft to speak in Sudbury

The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce will host a luncheon with entrepreneur and inventor, Ron Foxcroft, CEO of Fox 40 International Inc. and Fluke Transportation on April 2nd, 12 noon, at Bryston's on the Park, 5 Creighton Road, Copper Cliff.

Named by Referee Magazine as one of the 52 most influential people in Sports Officiating history and one of the top 10 Canadian entrepreneurs of the decade by Profit Magazine, Ron Foxcroft's success has been recognized worldwide.

Not only is he recognized as a world famous inventor and a great professional referee, he is also CEO of Fluke Transportation, famous for their motto: "If it's on time, it's a Fluke". Ron Foxcroft will be presenting "Whistle for success…..is not always a FLUKE", speaking on topics such as life as an entrepreneur, planning for success, team building and winning leadership.

Ron Foxcroft is a Canadian professional referee turned inventor. He invented the Fox 40 pea-less whistle, with 40,000 whistles sold daily in 140 countries. It is the whistle of choice by almost all major sports worldwide, including the NFL, CFL, NHL, NCAA and NBA, law enforcement officers and Coast Guards.

The Fox 40 whistle is on permanent display at the Canadian Science and Technology Museum Innovation Centre in Ottawa. Tickets for the luncheon are $30 + GST for chamber members and $50 + GST for future chamber members and Levert Personnel Resource Inc. will provide a special gift for all attendees.
