Sudbury Saturday Night turned out to be unlucky for the Wolves as the dropped a 3-2 decision to the Mississauga Ice Dogs.
The Ice Dogs got off to a fast start, jumping out to a 2-0 lead
in the first 11 minutes. Oskar Osala opened the scoring
followed by J.M. Risk. Both goals came on the power play. The
Wolves would score a power play goal of their own before the
end of the period off the stick of Justin Donati.
In the second, the Wolves tied the game when Akim Aliu notched his 16th of the year. Mississauga would regain the lead in the third on Andrew Merrett's goal which turned out to be the game winner.
