The Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research takes place this Sunday at Bell Park.
The event runs from 9 am to 1 pm. There are 10, five, two and
one-kilometre runs to participate in. The Sudbury version is
also open to those in wheelchairs and individuals wishing to
rollerblade. In 2005, the Run generated $17 million from
Ontario. Worldwide, Terry Fox Runs produced $36 million.
This year, over 230 cities in the province will host a Terry
Fox Run. The second annual National School Run Day is slated
